Social followers counter is a module of Easy Social Share Buttons which you can use to show social profile buttons and the number of followers on each of the chosen networks. From the included networks where possible the value can update automatically as long as you configure all the required access details. For all social networks, you can also put a manual number of followers. The manual value will be shown always when there is no connection with API (and it will be shown if bigger than the current automatic received value).
You can add any social network you need directly using the plugin menu. The newly added networks will appear seamlessly integrated into the plugin. For all custom added networks the value can update only manually.
How to configure
The options are located in Follow -> Followers Counter menu.
Once you enable the function, the next step is to select and order the social networks. Due to the required connection details, you can have only 1 profile from each network connection.
How to show on your website
You can show the social followers’ using the following methods:
- WordPress widget
- Shortcode
- Block Editor elemenet
- Elementor widget
- As a floating sidebar on the website (automatical display)
- As a content bar below at the end of the content of posts (automatic display).
