We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
1. Eligibility conditions for a refund request
1.1. You can request refund not later than 30 days since the initial purchase date. After that period refunds will not be given. Please note that any bonuses offered with plugin are not an issue for a refund or chargeback. For all purchases made in a promotional campaign you can request refund not later than 7 days since the initial purchase date.
1.2. You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the system unusable. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the plugin in the future.
1.3. You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the plugin will not work for you. Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
1.4. If you made a mistaken purchase you can request refund not later than 7 days since purchase date and only if product was not downloaded or not activated.
2. Conditions that are not eligible for AppsCreo products refund
2.1. After purchase you have later found out the software is not performing a feature that you expected, but was not advertised at the time of purchase.
2.2 If you purchased software with the expectation of a future feature that is not implemented as soon as you needed it.
2.3. If you initiate a refund request after 30 days of purchase (or 7 days for purchases during promotional campaign).
2.4. You cannot find a feature of product that is not described as supported anywhere on the preview page, promotional materials or documentation (for example: Sharing to Instagram)
2.5. You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product
2.6. You can’t find plugin translated in your language or you did not understand English language. Plugin interface and plugin support are provided in English language only. All translations are made by our customers and we are not responsible for their accuracy.
2.7. You can’t access item because it has been removed (we advise always to download products as soon as you buy to avoid this situation)
2.8. You request refund because “The item is broken, malfunctioning or not as described” but refuse to provide details or example of the problem with product. In this case we will treat that product works properly on your site and there is no reason for refund.
2.9. You request refund because you claim you did not get response from our support team, but you were not using the official support channels (example you did not post your question inside the official support board of plugin as soon as you where notified of that).
2.10. An issue with our product appear due to a technical problem caused by 3rd party plugins or themes (not following WordPress codes standards)
2.11. You request refund due to a technical problem, but refuse to provide any further information or access to confirm that there is a product problem affecting your site. In case you did not assist in the process of identification of the issue we will treat that there is no problem inside plugin, but an issue caused by a 3rd party plugin.
2.12. You did not follow strictly the provided support instructions for the problem you have.
2.13. You have an issue with our products using not support PHP version or outdated WordPress version. We do not force customers to use the always the latest versions but at least you need to keep your site running with the supported versions of PHP and WordPress. Current oldest supported version of PHP is 5.6.
2.14. Immediate after purchase Refund request will NOT be approved when they are reported as “The item is broken, malfunctioning or not as described” when customer did not contact support team or did not provide detailed explanation of problem (for such requests we will treat all that are send within the first 24 hours of purchase).
2.15. Refund will NOT be approved based on visual problem caused by theme or another plugin enforcing styles over global elements and this cannot be fixed with tiny code change from our side.
AppsCreo does not provide any warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we can not guarantee that AppsCreo products will work with all browser combinations (or if you are using an older and not supported browser).
